- Service Role - Full time / Part time
As a member of our FOH team, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests. You'll guide guests through their journey at Gifu Ramen Bar, keep the floor running smoothly, and help create the kind of experience that makes people want to come back.
- Front of House Lead - Full time
As a FOH Lead, you will guide the team throughout the service, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive a unique experience. You’ll lead by example and help the team stay organised and confident during busy services.
What you'll do
Welcome guests and create a warm, genuine first impression
Guide guests through our menu and answer questions about our ramen, sides, and drinks with enthusiasm
Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and with care
Keep the dining area clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, well-timed service
Handle payments and closing procedures accurately
Jump in wherever needed to keep the team and the floor running like clockwork
What we're looking for
Previous experience in hospitality or a service role is a plus, but the right attitude matters more
A passion for food, people, and hospitality
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to stay calm, sharp, and friendly during busy service
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
An interest in Japanese food culture is a plus, and we'll teach you everything you need to know
