Training in Japanese hospitality and ramen culture

· Chef de Partie - Full time / Part time
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your own section in the kitchen. You'll prepare dishes with care, keep your station clean and organised, and support a smooth service from mise en place through to closing. You'll also be trained across all sections of the kitchen by our experienced Japanese chefs, from fryer and cold section to grill, ramen plating and noodle cooker.
· Kitchen Lead - Full time / Part time
As a Kitchen Lead, you'll run your own section while helping oversee the wider kitchen during service. You'll make sure dishes are prepared to the right standard, stations stay organised, and the team keeps pace during busy periods. You'll coordinate with the service team, communicate priorities clearly, support and guide other kitchen staff, and step in to solve operational issues quickly so service runs smoothly from start to finish.
What you'll do
Complete mise en place and keep your section fully prepared before and throughout service
Prepare and execute dishes with care, consistency, and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation at all times
Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards consistently
Work closely with the wider kitchen and service team to keep orders moving smoothly and on time
Communicate clearly during service and flag any issues, shortages, or delays early
Follow food safety, hygiene, and closing procedures carefully
Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the kitchen running smoothly
What we're looking for
A genuine interest in Japanese cuisine and food culture
Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but passion, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
A team-first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
Available for a minimum of 3 days per week, including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English; Dutch, Japanese, or other languages are a bonus
Apply for the job
If you're ready to bring care, energy, and consistency to our kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.
